    Not a great update for the W Country from Fergie on Twitter. Looks like the odd snow shower friday and Saturday then rain Sunday. Looks like most of our region is going to be in the mild sector come Sunday with very north of our region getting some snow.

    Yep the SE thread has suddenly woken up with the latest snow maps out. It's all going to go to Far to the east. Need a westward correction tomorrow.

    Is it me or does the snow threat seem to be moving further east and out of the SW region? Please don't let the SE pinch our snow.

    Yes I think your spot on, it wouldn't be the 1st time the Bristol area gets rain and 20 miles further east gets a white out. Perhaps Bristol gets warmer uppers/dew points due to its proximity to the Bristol Channel?

    Most of the posters in the MOD thread who crave an Easterly are based in the SE (otherwise known as the centre of the Universe) . Happens every time when a possible easterly is forecast. Most have never travelled north of Watford.

    Yep I tend to read the posts from more knowledgeable members rather than knee jerk reactions from others.

    Although not improbable I think the chart is highlighting possible high snow fall depths for the Pyrenees rather than Barcelona and Nice.
