  18. OK well tonight is the last night on this tour and as with the first tour I have had a brilliant time. I have totally enjoyed meeting all the people that have been on the tours. They are what makes the tour a sucess. I would also like to say that you to the other staff members on the first tour. we make a good team. I will not name everyone because you all know who you are. THANK YOU. I will say one huge thank you to Paul Sherman because of his experience and willingness to find the best storm, is second to none. There are times during a chase that we do trust him with our lives. I will also have to thank Paul for his patience and one day I will/may learn when not to wind him up. On a finaly note Paul bought me my first corn dog of this trip and it was bloody lovely. Nearly as good as black pudding. Cheers one and all Tom
  19. Have been around the area where there was F5 damage and peoples homes are just a heap of rubble. We not have actually gone there if it were not for a plea made by one of the farmers. She asked us to go see what she considers to be the forgotten victims of this tragedy. Their fields are full of evey kind of debris you cam imagine. They have to harvest their crops but the debris in the fields means that they suffer considerable damage to the vehicles. They are out in teams scouring the fields putting it all into heaps. They need help from whoever they can it from. She close to tears when she told us about her grandad out picking bits of metal up from the fields. We drove for miles and miles through wrecked homes and peoples lives. She asked us to spread the word that she has put together a group of people called 'Field of Teams' they need as many people as they can to help clear their fields. She said that if it gets into the combine harvester it could cost them $40000. Hard to deal with. She wanted to let us know that nearly as many died in the El Reno tornado as did in the Moore tornado. Also interesting to see how close we actually were to the tornado on that day. Tom
  20. We are currently sat at the location where Team Twisex ended their chase days . A quiet pilgrimage and a few silent thoughts by all in our vehicle. Sad Tom
  21. heading into El Reno as I type stream should be on Tom
