  6. Sorry had some issues i We left the motel in Sonora Texas heading west with a view to possibly going south eventually, even may be across into Mexico. To cut long story short , we took a gamble to leave a tornado watch area to head north. As we drove north we passed numerous chaser groups watching in vain as cells were trying to break the cap. We saw one or two trying to develop over the border north in New Mexico. we stopped a couple of times to chat with other chasers, even Reed Timmer, who aint that bad in real life. He wanted to have a photo taken with me. We saw a cell going up to the weest and watched as it blew up into an amazing amazing supercell.
  7. Left the motel heading towards the area nnear the outdoor centre that will hep each othrrt.
  8. Started the day in Carlsbad ended up in Sonora , Texas. I am sure Paul will elaborate later so will keep this brief. We cut through what was a very large storm expecting lots of bad weather but as we approached it parted. We planted ourselves in a town called Sheffield Texas and let a severe storm hit where we were sat. Then we blasted through the core of they same cell to get ahead of it. More later Tom
  9. Another great day in the Netweather house However not only did we see three supercells but I actually saw ball lightning for the first time in my life. Could you Adam & Eve it. Photos and videos taken by a couple Graham & John Finney. I also went with my camera and took some lightning shots.
