  1. I can take a little bit of wind when it's this warm, there's even glimpses of blue sky out there! Max gusts of 38 mph so far.
  2. Horrendous out there, vertical sleety rain with a sharp wind, most pavements are just a horrible slush making it near on impossible to walk on in places.
  3. Can't really tell, must've been rain at some point but now seems sleety. Assume it will be like this all day?
  4. Not a bad day of snow, must have a couple inches now, going to be absolutely lethal on the pavements tomorrow if it freezes over tonight. Meto and BBC still saying some heavy snow is due between 6-8 pm but can't quite see where it'll be coming from on the radar.
  5. Going strong in Uxbridge still! Couple more hours and I can see work being called off tomorrow!
  6. Literally on the border between rain and snow! Not looking good for our covering now.
  7. Doesn't look so good for us for Monday, heavy rain turning to snow later?
  8. So, another push further south on the 6z, Anywhere North and West of St Albans could see a fair bit! Not so good for us beyond that though (No doubt will change again)
  9. Fingers crossed it happens again! What do we need for the streamer to make it's way through to London/Kent?
  10. True, although the latest warnings shows that they're still struggling with it with less than 72 hours to go.
  11. In a way, it does make it all that more exciting if it's down to now-casting. Must be an absolute nightmare for the METO, which you can see in their uncertainty,
  12. Pretty grim out there today, be interesting to see how quickly the temps drop this afternoon/evening, currently a toasty 11 degrees! Not looking particularly great for us in terms of snow and it looks like Sunday will be a complete wash out.
  13. Haha, it hasn't even started yet and can (most likely) still change!
  14. Yep, I think that's a fair assessment, but as ever, subject to change. Sunday/Monday are the days I'm more interested in.
  15. Incredible how much things can change each run, safe to say it's a forecasters nightmare. There's going to be a few disappointed posters when this changes again in 6 hours time!
  16. Those charts are certainly looking better for the SE, very much borderline at times but still in with a shout. Monday evening looks like it could be interesting.
