Yep, think I should move to southwold, last week and today they've had some belting storm action radar showing some more rain heading for us, bring it on
-

Indeed yes - wonder if that's where it's all going to be this afternoon - coastal only?
Looking like it, building just on land then heading out to sea.
-
Thundering here, lightening off the coast. Really kicking off over southwold way again!

Well I'm sure I just saw a flash of lightening, it's gone dark here and large blobs of rain just came and went within 30 seconds of starting. Plenty of cloud building, just not sure it's gonna come to much. Building quickly to the south of us.

Big grey clouds first thing, I thought we might get rain, still dull now with a welcome north westerly breeze allowing lovely air to fill the lungs
-
Horrid hot humid here! Hate it, feel sick and dizzy and little black storm flies everywhere.

It is? You could have fooled me. I've no idea where it's got to!
I know right, just like lunchtime, radar showing heavy rain, yet nothing appeared. I'm sure we have a big invisible umbrella over us!

Not sure how much happiness this news is going to bring to Blazerblue, over in Lowestoft, but the thunder is getting somewhat louder, over here?
I can indeed hear rumbles, looking at radar seems to be sitting over you just now, not sure it will come another 5 miles towards me at the coast, but I can hope, it's the rain I want, just a wee bit of rain

Juicy crop of storms just to the NW of you, some places look to have had a lot of rain in the last couple of hours according to the radar.
Yeah watched them clip us but barely any rain even though radar was showing heavy rain over us for a while, but alas it really wasn't!
-
Getting breezy here now, still darker skies to the north but bright sunshine overhead and to the south, I guess that's it for today, few rumbles and a spattering of rain, not enough to water the grass

seems to be trying to rain now, just a few spots more off than on
Watching from my back garden the lightening as it heads your way in a band of rain. It's actually darker here now than when we had small amount of rain earlier with a few rumbles.

Lol think you'll be safe to venture out, they're going more north than south of us it appears now, didn't get enough rain to even wet the ground
-
Having a rough collie (lassie dog) fly at you from 10ft is literally a hair raising experience! While the cocker spaniel snores on through and couldn't give a rats
There is a line of showers following this, but I fear they will go more southwold way than reach here

Looks like southwold is getting the better part of this .... having said that the thunder is close, my dog is about to have a panic attack!

So are you still dry then.
Having said that we dont seem to have had huge amounts of rain.
It appears we did get some rain overnight about 4 cm of rain in each of my large buckets and the pond was topped up too, garden will be happy, slight drizzle still this morning.

Holy moly that wind is strong, hard to walk into it on this morning dog walk along the sea front, plenty of rain now blowing itself out to sea leaving it quite misty but the last few days has been a welcome change from the heat and humidity
