  1. It wasn't wasted Will! A little birdy told me that the fish loved it! Until they were eaten
  2. The radar bugged out on me, and is now showing the biggest rainfall area in history At that size and speed it's going to be raining for about a week
  3. Looks like it's going to be the slowest crossing in history
  4. Been invited to a BBQ just a min ago, accepted! Probably be starting about 5pm, will be checking the radar for sure lol
  5. Looks like the cell south of Oxford is also pepping up fast, few booms may be imminent
  6. What would be a good cheap way to view this? Can you look at the sun through sunglasses?
  7. I remember being at the German F1 7 years go up in the Eifel mountains, cloudy day with a few breaks, giving a max of 2 hours of sunshine, it was about 12c! Got back to cologne with a raging sunburn, spent half an hour trying to find aftersun lotion because the germans didn't have a clue what I was on about
  8. Unbelievable that was only an E-F4! http://www.weather.gov/lot/15apr09
  9. Not much to talk about here today! Drizzle, cloud, cold wind and barely 10c! The same as yesterday
  10. Been pretty drab here most of the day! Raining on and off and still an annoying chilly feel with the breeze!
  11. Ditto! My local station on Wunderground shows 8.3c here but feels much colder than that in the wind, I need to get my station back up and running!
  12. Same! It's all come up from the south, I thought we'd have a nice clear day, hadn't looked much at the forecast, was annoyed when it started clouding over, then it started drizzling! 2 hours later a downpour arrives and there's puddles left right and centre
  13. Crikey just woken up to a load bang! Looked outside and a bottle bank has arrived from God knows where, there's an almighty dent in a blue fiesta outside and my bedroom window is flexing like mad, safe to say I'm no longer in bed next to said window
  14. That looks pretty decent! I'm sure even with the strengthening sun some places up north may just about scrape their last ice day of the winter/spring!
  15. There is now a heads up for something later this week from the BBC! Oranges in the north, Pineapples for the south! Time to stock up on the hard hats people!
  16. Don't forget guys, those of you who are watching the radar with precipitation type, i.e, rain, sleet, snow, under light pink (meaning light blue rain) You'd barely see rain, so take into light flakes evaporating and you're not going to see much at all, wait for heavier bands
