Apparently Tonbridge is registering 31c now also, i think it must be the downs..... brogdale nr here may be the highest today.... 34c maybe. but we wont find out until dec/jan as thats when they collate their records

30.3c now in Faversham Kent, dewpoint 19.5c sticky!!!!!!

When i got to canterbury to do an exam, by 915 it had gotten very dark, lightening and torrential rain. Thundered until 1130 when i finished my exam, cleared a bit now. Back in Faversham i think its missed what a pelting canterbury got..... Bring on the storms........YEAH

Here i sunny kent, faversham is upto 28.5c and still rising, hope we reach the 30c for 1st tim ethis year. FAB WEATHER,...... BRING ON SUMMER

Faversham kent has had a total of nearly 40cm of snow in the last two weeks...... weve had four falls of 4-6inches which have melted inbetween. Snow on the ground almost everyday of thelast two weeks and a temp on the wednesday morning last week of -11c backed up by numerous persons in boughton, blean, and just south of where i am, with -9 to -12c recorded. so i have had more than the 2cm on the table. please can you add my data into the table, thanks, will

another 3cm here this morning nice heavy showers...... filled in all the tire tracks and drifting...... still have hard base of 4inches here plus another inch n a bit from today..... hope the showers keep coming

Hello everyone....... lovely winters day here in faversham kent, if you didnt have to travel.... Woke up at 7am, to my suprise heavy snow....... continued until 4pm, tapering off to sleet/wet snow/snizzle.... have 6inches but hear parts of kent have 10-14 inches. Had my driving test, due at 1.30pm, cancelled.... treacherous roads, took 2hrs to do a 15 min journey.... very thick slush on roads, if that freezes itll be appalling in morning. Walked in thick snow 230pm to pub sat nxt to nice wood fire and had pint watching snow falll heavily..... hopefully that area over netherlands/belgium is headed our way for later? Have fun people, and BE CAREFUL OUT THERE cant believe how many times weve had snow in this spell but people still dont know how to drive in it..... had six inches sunday/monday here, last wednesday had 4-5 inches..... had 16-17 inches poss more in this last week alone, pity it kept melting.....

since the 20th weve had 1-2cm most days that melts. add that to 12cm we had last wednesday, and 15cm last night weve had roughly 32cm in the last 8days...... if itd all been in one go...... imagine that....... best snow so far......and today especially..... dry powder. Kent has done well so far

After watching best cartoons on channel 4 last night, went out for a fag and it started snowing, fine dry powder...... after a few gasses of wine it was 2am, went for another fag and wondered out into winterwonderland, 4inches n heavy heavy snow. Woke up this morning and 6-7inches of whitestuff. lovely n fluffy..... got to minus 6c here last night in faversham kent from my stevenson screen reading. it is now 1.4c and hasnt got above 2c all day. lots of powder out there at mo still, still 5-6inches...... what has melted is now freezing and icicles forming...... hope this stuff from the north gives us a bit more tonight......

Thunderstrike I keep getting whiteout 30-40mins after you report it. 4-5inches here in faversham and complete whiteout, 0c. apparently roads in canterbury not gritted, very bad. Off to the Creek in faversham, should be some great photos!!!!!

Light snow here in faversham kent, temp 2c. mini blizzard...... Hopefully well will see some proper snow in the next 72hrs........ had 3cm at one point in faversham, but as soon as snow stopped temp rose to 1c and it melted....... dusting left now........ nice winter sun earlier

Here in faversham kent, just had very heavy shower, wind really gusted hard, upto 60mph. temp dropped to 7c from 11c in two minutes, hardly any wind at mo, clearing skies........... wot difference 15 mins makes

makin me sik last few days nervous anticipation...... but maybe nxt few weeks will give se england a slight wintery spell going dark here now in fav...... doubt much will come of it

Here in faversham, gusty very cold out, temp between 2-4c fluctuating quite a bit. Can see lots of dark clouds out to north kent coast smilie but they all seem to be passing to my east(dover, margate) and west (maidstone area and further west). Ah well what will be will be.................

Dont know what met office radar was upto few hours ago, moderate precipitation at 830pm? dry as a bone here in faversham. its not cold either, 4c....... bring on the snow/blizzards/gales/windchill....... snow in this country suks.....

Hello everyone!!!! Here in Faversham, kent its 2c dry as a bone, but met office radr says mod precipitation over here..... its not doing anything at all. very odd.... Here hoping peter gibbs 'maybe' turns to a definitely...... i really hope the met have this wrong and we get a foot of snow over next three/four days!!!!! fantasy and imagination are good things....
