    Finally stopped raining and still another storm has developed to my se....... thundering away...... Been out and measured 37mm of rain from last two hrs....... temp is shooting up under the sun at mo....... 24c, was 20c 25 mins ago in rain......

    Thats for sure must have had over an inch here its been pelting it down for half an hour and raining for over an hour...... still booming away but getting brighter to south...... That will teach me for watering my pot plants this morning......

    Its great...... really chucking it down now...... some big booms...... temp down to 24c now...... feeling bit fresher...... the storm on meteogroup radar has really ballooned...... BOOM........

    Just because its not on thunderstorm detector, they update stuff every half hour etc and xc weather only updates every half hour so they are slow...... i have it above me and i know ...... love that wet humid smell...... mmmmm

    27c here now and clouded over quite humid and sticky with dew of 20c and now spit spots of large drops......Lightning a few cracks n bolts mite be possible here today...... EDIT: distant rumbles......

    Well here in kent its 25c and with a dew point of 19c very sticky yet again...... so we must be the breeding ground soon id of thought..... for east anglia etc..... sun is very strong here..... no storms here except half an hour of heavyish rain yesterday.....

    Just had a very heavy downpour here.... was 20c with 19c dewpoint but now 18c temp and feeling very humid..... lovely rain smell outdoors..... quite dark too just turned lights on..... but alas no thunder/lightening...... My mum in ilminster somerset said the thunderstorm at hers yesterday started at 4pm and lasted until midnight. She said the thunder/lightening and rain was worst shes seen since we moved from mallorca in 1990......

    Its 21c here in faversham and very humid feel (dew point 17.8c)..... very light breeze helping i think...... could get to 25/26c here today id think...... was 18c at 8am here and low was 17.5c....... tomatoes are coming along as are the strawberries and my sweetcorn...... hopefully some nice drenching this weekend in-between warm/hot sunny spells...... Im just hoping next thursday is ok as im off for semifinal s at wimbledon......

    Isle of Man has 25c thats 2c off the highest temp recorded there!!!!! Amazing my brothers with their personal trainer clients must be enjoying that!!!!! Only 22c here...... best of the temps in the next week for here..... pity.....

    Drove along south coast from plymouth today to faversham kent and lots of fog then sunny then fog....... weird as 2c to 10c in ten minutes thyen reverse and in plymouth had to scrape ice off car at 7am...... mad weather............

    For kent it was crap..... piddly wet snow...... missed out numerous times on big dumpings and most we had was two inches....... melted before midday too..... bring on next winter i say.......... ps we did well in 2005 so not much to compare with down here since then...... will in kent
