24c at 2220pm and very humid.... so close but so far with storms....doh! Just want a cooler night...

A very humid 29.8c here dew point at 20c.... sizzle sizzle..... my sun thermo says 37c.... hot hot hot... 34c in melun near paris.... wish it would go with a big boom..... Sheerness webcam (nearest to me) looks positively iberian.... lovely clear skies and blue sea..... With my teracotta pottery and mediterranean plants in courtyard patio feels like back home in mallorca.... paella for dinner tonight....

27.5c here but in sun its so hot..... just had walk down tescos and coming up that hill with four heavy bags of shopping.... needed a cold shower... just going to make a nice ice fruit smoothie.... a few clouds around but still hot. since 11am its been 24c and peaked at 24.8c but big rain drops fell half an hour ago and dropped to 23.5c but so much more humid today! Feels worse than yesterday eventhough we peaked at 28c.....

I think people should be looking at radars later on rather than taking precipitation on gfs as gospel..... it looks wrong to me.... and you can only know maybe an hour or two in advance if your going to get a distant lightening show or an overhead thunderstorm.....
