Looks pretty significant hopefully get a dumping before it heads North.

Looks north on the radar hopefully with the north east winds will push it down our way.

Heavier now then it has been all day now just getting under the lighter bit must be the temps

Finally turned to light snow just starting to stick on cars. The rain steel part really delayed it here. The main part of ppn past by now I mean the bit to the east.

Down by the a38 opposite McDonald's nothing here but rain.

It is raining outside though. Snowing above and snowing below. I have just been out and got rained on.

Very tiny flakes nothing really. Think this is a bust at the moment.

It is nice seeing it fall from the sky not really had sleet here either so thats a plus just tiny flakes let's hope it peps up a bit. Finished work now so sat with a beer looking out the window. Bliss. Just imagine if we get a direct hit tomorrow! Temps falling away slightly at 1.2 and wet bulb -0.3

Belper usually does quite well I remember driving up there for work for a couple years and I was always annoyed about how much snow you had up there. If only they moved the Amber abit south..

Yes well we are not surprised are we haha. Its snowed out before it reaches us It only shows when it's the darker red the light pink never produces anything.

If we see snow it is just going to turn to rain and then warmer into the weekend so not really holding out much hope any that falls will be gone. Least we will have those few hours if very lucky.

You never know maybe you will be one of the people posting snow pictures this week for everyone else to be jealous of but they have to be polite about it and post wow that's great . But deep down they are thinking look at those gits and checking the radar again.. haha

We can hope! In a valley here in Burton It usually splits abouve us and below us..we are too far east for anything decent from the Cheshire gap usually like earlier this winter when the snow comes it's usually dumped it all on Stoke. Any beast from the east never seems to bring much here either although 2010 was OK.. 2018 we had a 1 snow day. If you think you will get nothing then anything is a bonus in my book!

Nice and rainy here usual weather this time of year. Will see what the week brings definite drop in temps.

Looks like the Irish Sea is starting to generate its own precipitation just above Liverpool. Hopefully this will pick up abit. Wishful thinking more than anything.
