    The met are sticking to their guns, amber remains in place, maybe less totals west of region. That was in the last hour.

    It's the system extending westwards from the Netherlands and arriving here in the next 6-8 hours which represents the area of interest. That's what people should be looking towards.

    Decreasing in intensity ? It hasn't started yet and i've seen nothing model wise to suggest that is the case. Do you have any links ?
