It must be Autumn - the annual spider/Daddy Longlegs invasion has begun in earnest.
Also, I posted last week that all the Swallows/Swifts appear to have headed south, but not so, cycling up the hill at 7:30 this morning and the sky was full of swallows, 100++

Hell of a thunderstorm last night. My wife's not sure if the thunder woke her up, or me running around the bedroom shouting: "WTF WAS THAT !!!"
