  4. Very heavy shower here in Brownhills at the moment! Love the heavy rain!
  5. Quite grey and damp outside, having a little bit of a shower at the minute.
  6. Haha! Oh i love it, just checked on that Will it Rain website's radar and at my exact location, the showers are fizzling out!
  7. Evening guys! Have had a lot of rain here today. Had a very heavy shower at around 8am, went on for a good 15 minutes, there was another one around 2pm, and it's been quite wet since then with the sky turning dark to the south and south east of me. Currently it's very damp and the sky looks very menacing, it's like a really baigey grey colour. Completely overcast, i heard there were a few distant rumbles of thunder earlier from a friend but i've been at work so haven't heard much. The sky looks evil though. Has been quite humid today, but has freshened up a lot since then.

  9. Big rash of heavy rain between Kidderminster and Birmingham! Just seemed to pop up out of nowhere. Just to the South East of Stourbridge, looks beefy.

  12. Large mass of towering dakr grey cloud to my South and South West, slowly creeping in this direction. Anyone in the Walsall area seeing anything?
  13. So where does the West Midlands County stand for some convection storms for the rest of the day? Cuz many a'time i've sat and watched and waited for nothing to happen, not the most fun i've had lol x
  14. Well the sun has come out here properly for the first time today, with breaks in the cloud. it's really humid though. It's a real shame we haven't had anything substantial over the days, it's been such a none event. I know very little about the weather but even i can see it.
  15. Had a lot of rain overnight, and a few showers today. Has been getting increasingly muggu with quite a few bright breaks in the showers. Nothing thundery and marvelous though. And the showers further south seem to be growing weaker and weaker. Bit of a none event i think.
  16. Rain stopped about an half hour ago, skies brighting, milky cloud with the odd grey bump, and nothing really heading in the direction, shame the wind wasn't in the other direction, Birmingham Urban Heat Island could of made things interesting, as im west of Birmingham
  17. Just began to rain here in Brownhills, grey cloud missed us by about 4 miles. Bet Wolverhampton has had some fun this afternoon x
  18. I can see a large expanse of grey cloud over the Bloxwich area, but cnt hear a thing cuz of the stupid traffic on Brownhills High Street.
  19. Nearly had complete heart failure, been woken up buy a thunderstorm. Large bangs and lightning flashes, every 2 - 3 minutes. Heavy rain, still very humid. Storm not directly overhead either Rain has slowed in the last 5 minutes....please dont go

  22. I've just heard a couple of cracks of thunder and seen some distant lighting, just turned the computer off and turned the light off and there it was, just had to load everything back up to come back on here lol. Anyone know where it's coming from? It was quite distant? im in WS8 x

But still very humid, wind seems to have picked up a little bit from earlier. Feels lovely though. it's amazing how these things just seem to pop up out of nowhere.
