It really is miserable; the type of day that makes me want to emigrate! Thank goodness for the Christmas sparkle in the house.
Is it too much to wish for cold and crisp over the Christmas period?
have a good day all

Evening Scrat.. what an unusual name! Quaint even. Indeed a lovely evening. Phone says 16c, windows open. Quite surreal for the last week of Sept I think. Netwx 7 day forecast has 21c and feeling like 24 here on Sunday which should feel lovely. An afternoon walk shall be required!
Love an afternoon walk! Scrat is the squirrel from Ice Age...it's so me lol!

Dull, chilly and a bit breezy here.....can't wait for the really cold mornings that are bright and make you feel alive

It's currently 16.5 degrees here in Biggin Hill....crazy but lovely. Got the patio doors open (might regret that if a 'September runner' comes in lol). Enjoying the weather though and looks like we'll get away lightly tomorrow...not even rain forecast here.
Enjoy your evenings

Was looking forward to something, but just seems so still after some rain this morning. Fingers crossed for something this evening, although won't hold my breath. Bit cooler here than the 47 + I had in Dubai....throw in a couple of sad storms and it was incredible

Another Chilly day in that wind...... Two weeks of it and that's just this month!! Soon be done with it though
We'll soon be moaning it's too hot! Has been a miserable Spring though!

Lovely thunder here...little bit of rain (not enough to get the cat in lol)......waiting for some lightening. Thought it might be more dramatic, but it's more gradual. Hopefully it will last longer

Beautiful dark skies came over about 10 mins ago. Heavyish rain and hail and now the sun is out...I do love this time of year

Snowing in biggin hill, biggest flakes I’ve seen this year.

It's still snowing a little here, but looks to be on the turn. Was super excited to wake up to the snow this morning though, it always looks so pretty. We have deer at the bottom of the garden and we can only ever really see them when it snows, so that's a bonus too. Couple of photo's (not very good, but gives you an idea).

It's snowing in Biggin Hill, not a lot, but enough for a very light covering on cars and our shed.

What an absolutely dull day. Watching a kite fighting off the crows has cheered the skies up a little. Roll on summer x

Oh joy! more cold rain to add to the bouts I've already had, just thinking the other day about the sunny days we've had with the frosts (not being too bad) and then a faux north easterly develops with a high displaced to the west and we know what that means!!! No winners here...
It's so miserable.....roll on summer!

I want snow (stomps feet!!!).
Cold and frosty is lovely...just back from Birmingham and same there (although there was a weather warning for snow this afternoon, it didn't materialise). Loving the cold, but would love one more snow event.

I really do feel for the forecasters; a tough call! I'm hopeful that we have snow, but does seem to be changing by the minute.

It really is miserable! The closest we're getting to the white stuff is hail (which I quite enjoyed watching actually lol).

May want to lay off the old ginger wine BBC producer lol!
Have the most amazing Christmas all....let's hope for some more of the white stuff in the new year, but for now, I'll settle with time at home with family where the weather doesn't influence them coming to join us!
All the best to you all xxx

The BBC app mentions light rain!!!! This is not light rain lol and it’s soooo dark.
A trip to the dentist with my ‘phobia stricken’ daughter in half an hour in the rain… deep joy.
