Cant confirm because I'm 30 miles away but it the triangle between Canterbury, Ashford and Dover. That's going to be the sweet spot ( only my opinion though)
Ha you put Maidstone in the sweet spot but to be honest I think the 20 cm area should primarly include the east Kent downs between Canterbury ,Ashford and Dover.
You are legend. I rely on Boxley down to see snow. It's 40 minutes walk from Maidstone town centre. I managed to see a snow cover on Boxley downs on Jan 16. But it rained after to remove
