just had overcast murk here till it got dark for the last few hours,

lovely day sunshine and blue skies think it's safe to come out of hibernation,

Think its about time we got a cold weather payment, they need to work out what is classed as a low temp for the summer, hearing lots of folk having to put their heating on so no doubt the power companies will work out higher monthly payments after the next quarterly readings. The last few days and nights have been very chilly and it seems the rest of the week is looking not exactly over warm.

Agree staycation is when you stay at home, when you go away to somewhere abroad or in the uk that is going on holiday and always was, just a stupid gimmick to sell holidays in the uk is the dreamed up word staycation. -
ok its orrible out but settled down indoors watching place in the sun so situation normal for mid summers day

I think this is the right thread unless iv'e wandered over to the usa, terrible day here in suffolk uk grey murk bit of a breeze and chilly. At least packing boxes doesn't feel such a task on a day like today, garden loving this wet weather will be looking for tigers at the bottom of our jungle before too long

We have had to do emergency heating, central heating on from 2-30 hubby said its flaming cold lets get this house warmed up and i hadn't even had to drop a hint about feeling chilly. What a drab dreary day its been wall to wall grey outside.

Dreadful out non stop rain windy and wall to wall grey skies, is this really june or did i go to bed and sleep for several weeks to wake up in november, maybe as piece in paper talking about shortage of pigs in blankets for xmas,

Looks like autumn has come early outside, misty murky and drizzle, summer was nice while it lasted

heavy cloud cover here and no sun, humidity comes and goes, not impressed as had to close windows we have a phantom drummer near us will not miss him when we move.

So we are all on edge waiting for storms maybe rain and storm dances are order of the day

Lovely day here blue sky and not too hot plus nice refreshing breeze so all in all very pleasant.

We live in hope for storms here as the skies are so open the storms can be spectacular so in our house we will be on storm watch, here's hoping.

Pretty hot here 26degrees in kitchen with doors and windows open no cooking and no sun shining in. Yes it is lovely to wear summer stuff at last hubby now in shorts plus minus top!!

Bacon sarnies or rolls must be order of the day as we were out earlier having breakfast in very pleasant surroundings ie flying goose cafe . Been home a while and very pleasant breeze keeping things comfortable, having a no packing boxes today or that is the idea

Yes it has been a lovely day sunny and with a nice fresh breeze, hope we do get some storms but good ones please. Going to be a busy few weeks as we will be moving home soon usual chaos but not leaving the area and hopefully last move for us. Over the years lost count of house moves for various reasons, think apart from a tent we have lived in every type of property oh yes and i did insist no to a boat idea.

Yes what was a few minutes ago grey and overcast is now sunny with blue sky and white clods that are rapidly disappearing. Temp now seems to be shooting up looks like its going to be a hot one here people.
