  1. strongest gust here is 4.5 mph, this will increase within the next 4 hours
  2. i see him on my fyp too. he always uses clickbait words.
  3. same here. 4 hours of the maximum winds, all models except for icon show us getting 65-75 mph gusts for about 4 hours with 40 mph not easing off until about 9 am on Monday. bound to change but this is the latest from my area. at midnight on Monday, the windspeed is expected to be about 40mph
  4. the models have been back and forth, there is still alot of time for things to change considering it is still well out at sea and only starting to form.
  5. ive got a school trip on Monday. ive got a feeling that's not happening. the last warning came way too late too. our trees were ripped out of the ground where i live. pretty sure we expected 40-50mph but it was more like 60-70?
  6. east sussex seems to be getting quite strong wind gusts already aswell as the super saturated ground allowing the trees to just fall. the roar of the wind only reminds me of eunice.
  7. here the wind is picking up significantly. the lids of the bins are coming off because of how many times they on floor. some of my potted trees have snapped already and loads of trees down along the downs. my grandma's fence has blown down and the chairs have been moved to the neighbors flat
  8. the wind is already making my plastic roofing bow a lot. how strong are the winds supposed to get?
  9. i feel like this is stronger than we were expecting. probably wrong about that.
  10. yeah. are the winds picking up where you are?
  11. it does seem quite strong down here. definitely not as bad as the other counties but its very blowy and i wanna say winds of 50mph and might be a few 60mph gusts mixed in.
  12. apparently i'm now expected to get upwards of 60mph. there has been so much rain that the downs's trees are lying on the ground now.
  13. not any major flooding but the fields are turning blue here. especial near the wind turbines and on the way to hillier's
  14. My grandmas house was hit by some very strong winds. The fake turf was ripped straight out of the ground and flung around the house to the dustbin shed. The chairs they had outside were scattered across the garden and one ended up underneath the churches window.
  15. Yeah. Completely agree. They sometimes have more action than the summer ones nowadays
  16. Yeah. I didn’t expect anything until late February march time. Always a pleasant surprise.
  17. That’s good for the damage side of things but not good for people who wanna see action Ig.
