    Ditto that. Had zilch measurable snow here since March 2013 until December 11th 2022. Onwards to the next snow,whenever that may be.

    I think you'll find that most people look at the models together with the met Office long range forecast and lose all hope of seeing snow.

    Well looking at the forecast Spring is starting on 1st January 2023!

    My nephew lives near Helsinki and whilst he has snow at the moment they are expecting it to warm up shortly with rain at the weekend. Not sure that a Scandi high would be much use to us even if it were to happen.

    Both 2021 and 2022 were snowless Januarys here. Been very poor since 2013 in fact.

    Snow-free for us here last January.

    I used to look forward to the weather for farmers on the BBC Sunday lunchtime. Always detailed and reasonably accurate. Watched it today with Stav and it was pathetic, short on detail and incredibly vague.

    I keep hearing about the severe cold about to hit the US but looking at the forecast for Marquette in Michigan they are only showing a low of -9. I'm sure they have had much colder than that that most years.

    My late father always used to say that if piles of snow remained then more snow was likely to follow.

    Had just over 1 inch here last night, lovely to see. Happy with that!

    Keep the faith, I'm sure we'll all get at least a dusting.

    I hope and suspect that we will all see some snow during the next 4 or 5 days. Probably not much but at least a pretty dusting.
