    Absolutely sick to death of this depressing, boring cold windy wet lemone weather this hole of a country has. Mrs insisted we get the garden done up. Why?! Literally get two weeks a year to actually use the I am jumping up and down thing.

    Absolutely lovely here now after a very wet morning. Signs are for a warm settled October which is perfect in my book. Shortens the autumn/winter period

    Well, tonight is the first time I've thought summer has well and truly gone for the year, not like we've had one . Pitch black outside at 20:45. Quite looking forward to autumn and winter now to be honest and forget about this god awful summer.

    Look out for the bird formations heading south, normally around mid September ish. That's when it's autumn for me.

    I'm on the Leics/Northants border, I'd probably class that as south/SE as far as weather forecasting goes and it has only just cleared up, it does feel warm now though

    Another day of cloud all day until late afternoon/evening when it clears up completely unusable fooking garbage. Complete waste of time this year has been weather wise. Utterly utterly fed up with it.

    Thing I've noticed in the last couple of days now the weather is settling down, is kids out playing, people out gardening/ having a walk, drink etc. I love it but also annoys me seeing as we've been robbed of these days for the last few weeks/months of you include the absolute garbage we put up with in spring.

    Looks like it's Midlands and south, where I am have been pretty decent apart from yesterday morning.

    Little signs that this period of utterly horrible weather might be shifting north now. Last few days apart from yesterday morning have not been too bad at all.

    Depends where you are, June was utter garbage apart from the last week or so where I am. The weather has been gash for the best part of a year here now.

    The weather has been complete garbage here for the best part of a year now, barring a week or so in June. Sick to death of hearing how great May and June was this year, it bloody well wasn't where I live. Really really tired now of miserable grey skies and f@#£ing rain. Another year of this and I am seriously considering moving the family abroad.

    I keep seeing people saying what a fantastic June it was? Must be in a different area of the country to me then. I got back off holiday on the 1st June, and we had day after day of thick clag and temps of around 14 degrees until the middle of the month. It then warmed up for around a week/10 days, and then back to this utterly garbage weather since then?!
