A little sleet here. I see the beacons have had a covering -
I'm calling it now...there will be a little snow to lowest levels early Wednesday but will quickly turn to rain apart from the beacons highest levels. Will fizzle out and turn into a grey cold drizzly day And by the weekend it will turn very wet with gales and rain

Its the second time ive been and i would highly recommend it to anyone. First 2 days we had lows of -15C with highs around -12C. Then it got to 0C and became very windy. Had a lovely chat with a local and a welshman around a firepit! He said windy conditions were very rare. We had some flurries and also sunshine.

Ive just come back from Rovaniemi, Lapland where there was a good 26inches on the ground. So ive had my snow fix, any snow next week will just be a bonus

I haven't missed this weather. Driving heavy rain, raw southeasterly winds, and 4C. Forecasting to get to 13c later but I don't think it's going to feel that mild. Horrible.

A few rain showers here. Temp 1.3C falling onto frozen surfaces , quite icy in places.

It's already much milder than yesterday here. 1c now... yesterday at this time -2c.

Still -0.6C in the shaded garden. Looks like the first ice day

8.0c in my room this morning...woke up at 4am and had to put the little heater on for a bit. Managed to get it up to 16c so a bit better

Got to -4.5c I'm quite high up so lower down must have been below -6c overnight. Now -3.5c. Shame its all rain and wind by the weekend
