  8. Working for our local regional network power company, not a good forecast at all The ice builds on the wires but, a bit like the railways and leaves, it is the wrong type and grows around the conductor and ends up like a ball that weighs down and accentuates any weak spot

  21. Looking like a real dumping from about 6am Friday, as ever radar in the morning, but I guess if it is snowing when you wake up, it will keep snowing till around midnight before it turns to rain, locally snow to sleet to rain, timings down to air masses and elevation as always
