We hardly ever get snow we hardly ever get thunderstorms we hardly ever get anything :/ Im now going to cry like a baby and storm up stairs turn of the lights and play some ps3. Boo , hoo! lol -

I heard distant thunder to my East for at least an hour earlier. I'm guessing at IC lightning. yet had it been about 30 miles further West... It would have been almost above me. Could even see the edge of the Cb anvils almost above.
Talk about torment!

I'm a tad confused what people were actually expecting today/tonight, it never looked like there was going to be anything severe unless im missing something
So hardly a let down.
We did get a thunderstorm I do have footage but ive yet to upload it.

Looking at the NW lightning detector overlay it seems to be kicking off around Oxford.
It just whent through me 10 minuits ago i have footage:)

awoken by thunder at 0400. Very heavy rain followed for appx 45 minutes. I expect that caused a lot of local flooding. Still some rain here but currently no thunder. Impressive radar returns

Got woke bout an hour ago by thunder. Slidded away eat just as it began to get interesting!Quiet active wee thing lots of rumbling. And now just general heavy rain.

We have got the same problem here in didcot, Didcot is the only place I know that gets it own snow system from the powerstation. I have photo of my freinds backgarden coverd in snow yet no where eles has any.
