Hi All Nice to see more normal temps returning in Scandinavia, after the recent warming, although it is still hovering too close to 0 degrees rather than down around the -10s where it should be. The pay off is that the snow stocks are recovering well across all of the Lappish territories a good 10 - 15 cm falling in the last couple of days and lots more forecast and most of the lakes have re-frozen, time to get the snow scooters out again... hopefully this time the snow will stay put, and eventually send some our way.. Hi All Just been looking at the state of play in Finnish Lapland, it is looking very sad at the moment almost the whole of Finland is above freezing and the melt has set in big time... luckily later in the week the series of days getting above freezing comes to an end, but that beautiful snow base has been badly erroded. Lets hope it can back again just as quickly Cheers FC

Hi All Nice to see the cold weather pushing south, it looks to me like almost all of the Scandinavian areas inside the arctic circle are now below zero and the start of a a snow covering is appearing over Norway/Sweden and Finland let hope it sticks.. Although I am no expert I really enjoy reading the inforamative posts in this thread, thanks and keep up the good work Here's to a good winter pushing south... FC

You have to select the northern sector first, it always default to the south, then look at the northern most cameras FC

Nice clear frosty morning here in SE London, hard frost over night, temps stil around freezing went down to -2.5c last night

Small storm with some good lightning passing over East London not much rain to the south of the river. Lightning looks good from this side if the river.
