Thanks Paul

is there anyway we can ask questions to them as they travel or a linked gps road map like some chasers use or do we just rely on them telling us where they are?
-
Just tuned in happily watching flags flying only to get treated to what I guess was some kind of rain dance by the guys!
-
Light snow cover here, everything coated in a very sticky snow. Looks to have snowed for a few hours but sleet now.
-
You got snow then NickSomerset, sleet and more sleet here in the Wallops Hampshire
-
what you doing here ...wallop is that in somerset?...LOL
Well not sure where to post, these days do I go SW forum or Midlands S. Central, either way we get kicked out sideways cos we've had so much snow already this week
-
nowt but heavy rain out to your east here in hampshire
-
More snow here overnight, there were 3cm here last night. Very damp here now but plenty of lying snow
-
k, best of luck everyone, hope you all get what you've wished for. Seen my snowfall for tonight so time for a few zzzzzzz!
-
Have posted an experimental forecast, but its already been lost under the amount of recent posts...If anyone wants a look, click Here
Best of luck with the forecasting but probably not prevoked much reaction as it goes along with similar forecasts on the forums here IMO
-
Got to agree with Stoxs, sleet line is too far North for some on that image, heavy snow here, now 2cm covering from this fall so far.
-
If you had shouted a bit louder you wouldn`t have needed to post LMAO
hope you are well , nice weather!!
LOL, True. Loving it! best I've seen round here in years and it's snowing even heavier now. Only hope it's still there in the morning!
-
Says a quick hi to Stoxs
-
getting rather silly snowing quite hard here again on the hampshire wiltshire border was this in tonights script
Might need to change that 'snowless Hampshire' bit after the last few days. Got to admit I wasnt expecting anymore than rain for tonight but have a nice little covering again now, only trouble is the roads are suffering, think tomorrow moring could be another interesting one for the journey in
-
Nice steady snow here, covering on the cars and the road topping all the white stuff up beautifully
-
I'm feeling a bit left out here! No rain ... no snow ... nothing!
You need to move a little West Beka, we had loads last night the village up the road had over 4 inches on top of Mondays and Amesbury, Salisbury, Warminster had it bad. I drove to Amesbury this morning in some of the worst road conditions I've seen in years and the A343 Andover to Salisbury was shut for one large section after a contractor forgot to grit it last night so it's been sheet ice all day
-
I heard something on Radio 5 live on my way home tonight, and it bought a very ironic smile to my lips, knowing full well that I have to try & drive a long way in this stuff tomorrow.....Apparently Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire & Birmingham city councils to name but a few, have announced they are running alarmingly short of salt to grit the roads!!!.....Are these people in power taking the ****??
Wiltshire announced today they have used two thirds of their salt supplies and are running dangerously low. Apparently they based their requirements on winter average usage so just ordered in what they would use in a normal year.

Very useful link, wallop, thanks. A36 is my regular route. Sounds horrendous over there! :o
Kate
Reckon you could be working from home tomorrow, see the Alderbury bypass is blocked. Guess Pepperbox Hill has been the challenge for you in the past couple of days. My regular route is via the A303 to Amesbury so looks like a fun run tomorrow if it's been re-opened
