is it just me or has the IOW weather detector stopped updating, showing a flat line and all of the strikes stalled!

It's updating now, always seems to do that at midnight for some reason

Cloudy here now too and still 19c, had a pretty good out over the Channel from on the hills above Folkestone about half an hour ago and no flashes to be seen...yet!

Paul, yep seems like the streamer is setting up stronger further west, my home location would be in the bullseye zone for this set-up. Despite that showers coverage is increase and models do suggest that this is in response to more forcing coming in from the north sea, nice little rash of showers I'm watching that seem to be developing in southern Kent...maybe a streamer near Dover!!!
