  2. Dropped right down to 11ºC here now, rain has eased ever so slightly, but I think the break will only be for a couple of minutes. Feeling chilly, even with my cardi on.
  3. 22.09.03/10.24am Absolutely throwing it down here presently in Northwich. Rain becoming persistently heavy, which I have to say I am pleased about as we are desperate for rain. Current temperature is a cool 17ºC with the wind form the South @ 32km/h. How do you convert km/h into m/h?
  4. I agree Crazy! Currently 22ºC here, and nights are still quite warm. certainly not the cold September evenings we are used to! :-( I hate this! Will High Pressure ever end???? I want cold weather! Seriously, shouldn't we have seen the first frost by now? How much longer is it going to last? I am worried we are going to end up never seeing a decent winter again.
  5. Curerntly 13ºC and really feeling it, have had to put the radiator on in my office and put my suit jacket back on (which I hate working in - do you lot agree)..Anyway, humidity at 94%. Reckon this Indian Summer is not really going to pan out.
  6. Currently 15ºC with 82% humidity. Feeling really cool I must say and I have just put the radiator in my office on.
  7. yes a big welcome from me too. I have a question for you. If you have it 40C one week and 20C the next, do you get a lots of colds etc? I know here we get colds when the weather changes so I was just wondering if it was the same with you?

  10. Good Good! It's nice to know we are last approaching winter.
  11. does that mean we are unlikely to see a return to high pressure? September is usually a pretty good month here weather wise. I remember last year we had high 20's in September.

  19. 20ºC here now, still quite pleasant though I must say, bbc 5 day forecast says highs of 21ºC today, but I think we are going to well beat that as the sun is shining and burning through the cloud that was there. Might have to crank up my air con unit soon.

  21. We didn't see any stoems here in Cheshire on Sunday, but by goodness me did we have a big one on Monday morning. It was amazing with loads of fork lightening, we were in the car in the middle of an open car park, and it was right overhead. I made sure none of us were touching anything metal, and we didn't get out until it had passed over. Amazing lightning though! Really loud thunder.
  22. 27ºC, really hot and feels like the day is getting hotter not cooler :?
  23. Really really warm. Clear blue sky all round and temp currently at 26ºC and still rising. Humidity high at 68%
