Graupel showers on and off all night here with only a slight dusting. Seems to have turned to proper flakes in the last 20 mins but very light. Showers in the North Sea getting beefier by the looks of things

Same in hull. Quite a heavy shower just blew through and the sound against the windows was horrid. Hopefully will get proper flakes when they convections gets a bit deeper

Going as planned so far. Metoffice forecast map has shower coming back in after midnight.

can the radars be wrong?The radar does look more impressive than the reality.

Not going to get much if the showers don't pick up in intensity. The met office forecast map shows them dying off as the day goes on. I think tomorrow will be our day.

Most of last nights snow melted here. The wind is horrendous and now we have graupel showers.

It’s a shame the ground is quite warm. Melting as it gets lighter here now. Would have had a good couple of inches if it wasn’t for that.

Roads turning white in Hull now!
