Evening All-
I know it will have been posted- however theres your slider-
The forecast for the 12's is 100% what I expected- UKMO has the wedge in the PERFECT place & snowfall well established by mon / tues-
Expect a great ECM & further GFS corrections over the coming runs

It is tiresome but then he has a mild bias and is famous for it, just let the chap go on his merry way as I think his mild preference is as well known as Mr Murr's cold preference. He is always worth a laugh at the very least.
saying that ian b do know his stuff , i hope hes wrong as i love snow but who knows :0)

Matthew Hugo â€@MattHugo81That goes against the latest ECM 32 Day:
MattHugo81
What a difference a wk makes in weather. EC32 day update keeps the UK locked beneath a -ve pressure anom for the next 4 weeks = unsettled.
@clarky_7for19 - Indeed, things could change. All that's happen is everything has been shifted north by about 500miles which made a big diff

Light/Moderate snow at the moment, didn't expect that.
Seems to be a bit of PPN that pepped up randomly.
-
Moderate Rain/Sleet, definately more on the rainy side!
-
Keep em coming!
Snowing and starting to settle!
Ok you asked for it!
-
certainly wont get 1cm let alone 5 arghhhhhhhhhh
Okay guys, thats the last gif from me!

thats the spirit chaps, when all is lost at least we have our sense of humour! liked the baby pics btw

heavy snow in cheltenham
-
Raining currently
-
Any reports of snow in Gloucester? That intense band of PPN cant be too far a way.
-
Right now its getting intresting iv noticed the last few radar loops theres a very intense area of rain/snow heading straight for are region could give us a little hope if it gets heavy could start to turn to snow
If it intensify's again we could be in for a brief, but heavy snow shower.
Have to wait for the next loop. I should have really invested in the NW Radar!
-
It looks like the two bands are merging together, plus it's also intensifying.
-
Significant shift in direction in that last loop! It's finally moving SW

Crazy that my area was in the firing line just 12 hours ago, and now it's looking that we will get 1cm at the very best!
-
Our area will be right on the edge - it's a flop event! Oh for those NAE charts from last night!
Worst scenario is pretty much confirmed. As you said earlier, we're going to get the "dregs" and watch the good stuff go straight past us.
Oh well, it made today a little bit more interesting, hopefully the east of our region get plastered.
It's weird, all I want now is Spring to hurry up!

There's nothing wrong with being a pessimist, but I don't understand how people can say "Game over" and "This event is finished for me"?
I've been on this forum for nearly 5 years now, and when it comes to snow events, nothing surprises me anymore. As long as the potential is there, then I'm happy

I'm beginning to think Bristol has a raindome! Still dry here, although there was very light rain a couple of mins ago! Nothing much though!
As long as it's not a snowdome tonight then I'm cool with that.
-
my cats gone crazy. . . . does she no something??? haa. goood luck everyone!!
-
The PPN in the North Sea looks way more intense then predicted? Assuming it doesn't fizzle out too much and conditions are good, then places in central England are going to get hammered.
-
If the heavy stuff misses us, I really hope it misses us by a long way. It will be torture seeing it all miss us by a few miles.
Shift WEST!
-
Rain all the way. Ians update.

What time does the next NAE charts come out?
