    just been out to feed thge livestock starting to snow again and just had a flash and a rumble of thunder ,it flashed orange, just had to come in and post

    well all a bit strange here ,it's snowing on and off has been all night and we have a covering about 2 cm but haven't been outside yet ,just been to the 2 local weather stations ,we are in the middle one says the temp is 4.2 with a dew piont of 3.4 ,wind chill -0.5 and the other is saying temp of 2.7 and a dew p point of .7,wind chill -2.6

    thought i'd better post as cookie has been at work most of the day ,it's snowing well here ,started as rain this morning quickly turned to snow ,just a covering is this tomorrows snow come earily or is this on top he's chuffed to bits it's still snowing off and on

    sorry cookie i ment there was a water fall to die for in the coop car park ,stressfull day yesterday with the isle of lewis breaking down and everything

    yep it was a shame you didn't have your camera ,did you see the huge new water feature in the coop car park ,car in front of us ,died in the floods ,it was in an extremly small area

    oh sugar i've just seen a be prepared warning on met office,hope the poor horse is ok took a week off to get the peats cut ,hoping for nice weather i should have known better hopefully we'll get a down grade

    snow here i'm sure cookie will post pics if he gets home from work in daylight hours ,it's getting heavier and looks beautiful

    i've noticed the shhep have really kept the grass down this year and last year they where stuggling to keep it down , feed bills for livestock are going to be a nightmare this year

    thank you for the updates ,it's fasinating reading how many hours has it got before it makes landfall feel sorry for the people in it's path though and the pics are amazing

    i'm disappionted now just spoke to my husband ,who said yes i saw it , daughter saw it ,cookie saw it ,i lived in portsmouth for years never saw one ,now we have one here and i didn't see it ,no chance of any others today is there

    that's funny ,my daughter was fishing today on lewis and said she saw a tornado ,i asked for details .it was over the moor so no damage done i think ,will not use the word mini ,it was on lewis towards the west side , the chap who was with them was cursing he didn't have a camera
