Can't believe how much that Northumberland cluster has reduced now its about to reach me - don't understand how that can happen?

The suspense is killing me watching the Northumberland cluster on radar, is it gaining or losing intensity?, is it drifting south? I'll have a beer to calm my nerves

There is a big cluster of showers in the north of the region that have really intensified over the last few hours, I think the line of showers is slowly drifting slowly south (I hope)

Just switched the footy on Burnley v Bournemouth, and to rub it in its snowing there

I've had one flurry all day here in the gap of doom - very disappointing IMBY, Can't help feeling envious of top of Northumberland which looks like its getting dumped on especially Boulmer to Berwick, Is there any members in that area that can confirm this?

Canny hail shower here now - I am going to keep reporting snow/hail & be optimistic for the next few days coz this spell may be the last of the winter

There seems to be a bit more of a ENE flow to the radar echoes now as opposed to a E flow - Not sure if that will help or not WRT to shower activity?

I haven't been looking at the BBC weather forecasts because they don't use the Met Office any more (as far as I am aware)
