    That is a pathetic answer!!!!!!!! If the roads are slippy walk on the pavements and as it is nearly 9.00pm I would think the young and the fragile will be in bed We don't need a Metoffice warning for side roads or pavements it is obvious if you look out of the window!!!!!!!!!! Don't want to sound narky it just makes me laugh how we complain or worry about this weather!!!!!!!!!!! Come on!!!!!!! What the side roads I don't think the M62 will be closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Been snowing since 5.00pm very light for the first hour then got a bit (lets say) very light to light with some light to moderate spells has covered most of the road (side road) and all pavements and cars don't know how long this will go on for but I would say I have had about 1-2cms MAX How does this warrant a Metoffice Warning???????????????????

    very slight ppn failing at the moment and has given a slight covering on icy surfaces

    Had another 2-3cms this morning which was quite dangerouse on the frozen side roads Not done bad since sunday night have had a bout 4 1/2" and is still lying at about 1" where the sun has not shone not bad for 46mtrs asl

    Where or which direction is all that pink/red/green/blue going from down south on the recent Meto Radar looks to me to be more N than E??

    Still a good inch in untouched areas Froze last night and had some flurries very cold agin this morning and side roads are still tricky!

    Well what a morning As it changed to sleet / rain last night I thought it would all be gone But alas about 2" left and frozen solid Nightmare on the side roads but once on the M62 not much of a problem and traffic is a lot lighter Lets see what the rest of the week can bring????????????

    Just been out Changed to sleet / quite heavy still though and when standing on the snow it has become quite slushy Lots of dripping going on and snow sliding of things I think that is it now but I have have seen my 1st snow in 7 years and enjoyed building a snowmonster with my 4 year old lad this evening, finished with about 4" Happy days :lol:

    Still wanging down in Normy small grains but certainly alot of them 4 hours like this now and not stopped once not bad at my height either

    Been having heavy fine grains of snow for 3 hours now they have put a fine coating on everything still plenty of snow left from last night and today no rain as yet

    Being sent home from work at 4.30 has been heavy enough for the last 20 mins to cover what had melted earlier from today snow flakes are not that big it has just been heavy and constant good bye and be careful
