    Very windy and pretty wet over the tops, pretty much no lying snow anywhere on route, a bit on the tops between Huddersfield and Halifax, a couple of very heavy hail / sleet temps around Oc

    2 great squall lines today intense rain the main feature from both any one noticed the big bright Snow Moon first one for 2020 question, when are the winds turning so the temps start dropping as way to warm for snow??

    Looking a bit rough wet and windy starting Saturday, tie everything down that can move 50mph plus winds due anywhere across the region

    Been out on the bike this morning that wind is bloody strong also a negative seeing lots of daffodils showing yellow is this due to having no cold weather? So early?

    Does my memory serve me right in thinking, the only lying snow I remember last Winter was a Friday night and then all gone by the Saturday morning ? Just can’t see this Winter being worse than last or can it!!

    Been over to Hollingsworth Lake to meet some friends for a walk, bloody miserable weather wise low cloud and drizzle top of M62 proper low cloud and damp 6oC, suns out back home
