Moulton North Northants at 10:30 Temp 3.9c and falling Dew point 1.9c and falling Pressure 1016.6 and falling Wind - light from SE Overcast and grey but with noticable nip in the air

4.9c and my scientific reasoning behind this is because I will be 49 on the 18th Jan

Clouding over here in Moulton at 16:30, wind has noticebly picked up current temp 7.1c and pressure 1007.6 and rising

Cloudy and dry for most of the day, moderate rain started mid afternoon and has continued off and on throughout the rest of the day. Wind has been the feature today, consistently strong and from the north west. Temp has hovered around the 10c mark all day.

Rained all night and temp has now fallen to 6.7c from 8.6c Pressure 1011 and steady Wind expected later once brussels cooked Happy Christmas all !!!!!!!!

Clear and frosty. Low last night of -1.6c and freezing fog for a time. Temp now -0.2 and pressure rising at 1029.2 no wind but smoke from my log fire indicates a breath of wind from the north west

Sun now breaking through albeit with a lot of cloud around. Temp has risen to 3.6c and pressure continuing to fall, 1021.7. Breeze from south

Very frosty with termp at minus 3.6c, overnight low of minus 3.7c Calm with pressure at 1036.2

Met office satellite at 14:00 appears to show some thicker cloud heading for the Norfolk coast. Snow flurries there perhaps ? Overcast and grey here in Moulton temp 2.9c pretty much all day and very slight breeze from the north east, pressure rising at 1037.2.

Temp now exactly 0.0c I always think that is a strange reading like say there is no temp and also is it +0.0c or -0.0c Ho hum. PS Just as I about to send, temp changed to -0.1c

Indeed a a wise and brave decision. In my line of work (accountant) I see to many people borrow and borrow to try and keep a dream alive and end up very much worse off. Hope you find something suitable soon. Jim

Temperature dropping away quite smartly here in rural Northants from a high of 3.4c this afternoon to a current +0.4c, no sign of any approaching cloud cover
