Hi there i dont much about weather or charts but he said something about the high being up over north europe sending it out way.

BBC Wales forcast just said that feb looks like it is going to start off very cold,he said its coming back the cold weather that is. and said it is coming from mainland europe.

welsh weather by derick just showed not much in the way of snow for us for the weekend,a little on hills but did say that it looks like feb is going to be cold he did explain why but i am to slow at typing to write it lol.

i went and saw my grandfather today,who is 91 and he was on about the weather and he said he thinks this winter could get a lot colder and may last well into march,he said in his long years on this planet he has seen a few winters that have been like this and they norm last quite long and he just has a feeling that this could be a long cold winter but he is not sure if we will get the snows that have happened in the past. i myself hope he is correct and he is a wise old man so it would not supprise me if it happens.and then a nice hot summer to follow (please) lol

yes sounds like we be going back to very cold again,lets just hope that some of them wet horrible storms make thier way in from atlantic and come over Wales and dump some snow back on us when it meets the cold air,and then get pushed back off to the atlantic again lol.

Hi all looking forward to thurs fri and weekend lol hope we get some more of the white stuff as there is only patches left on bwlch and kids want to build another snow monster. and it was great being on here for a few days while it was all happening,i missed it so come on lets go again lol,also we built a sledge and want to try it out well not me the wife and kids. she can go first.

counrtyfile just showed snow for west wales on friday and getting colder with north winds tidy lol

sleet and wet snow on and off here all morn not stuck down low but mountains and bwlch look well covered,shall take a drive up bwlch later to see how much came down up there.

Hi all really tired tonight watching them lampost last night done me in lol,i ventured out today with my mate and kids in my 4x4 to have some fun, went up bwlch mountain followed behind a tractor and could only get to key hole as the drifts were huge,flat snow was about 10 to 14 inch on lower road and drifts were massive,was to scared to try and go higher but it was wonderfull up there, my kids schools are closed tomor so may try and get up there later in the day tomor.it is closed but fantastic up there its like another world. the snow does seem to be melting away up here mind.(but not up the bwlch) so right when is the next lot guys we are excited all ready lol.

looiing at the radar it is in for the night but i am not sure if it will be very heavy and the wind seems to have dropped even more, im not moaning mind it been great today going to bed soon so catch you all sometime tomor and good luck with exams. and all keep safe

looking at the radar the snow doesnt seem to have hardley moved the last couple of hrs,but noticed that the reds seem to turn yellow just before they hit us,has it stalled over us and why does it seem to change from heavy snow to lighter stuff,ov course i could be wrong as i can only just read a book never mind the weather lol

be great if it did but cant see it snowing in the south for another 12 hrs maybe im wrong but that seems like a long time.

schools are closed here tomoz for deff as wife works in school and just had text, there have also been a few accidents up here.

bull dozer just been up my street the spoil sports,due to this im moving to a side street lol,very light snow now like sleet but quite heavy. waiting for the red areas to hit here to get some bigger flakes and heavy stuff lol. great in it

ut wt in enyes its quite weird we was out garden for ages and only had a few gusts but went in bath 10 mins ago and i looked out of window and snow being blown off roofs.but deffinity no where near as windy as it was earlier. and considering we have has quite a lot of snow the main roads are still being used by a couple of mad car drivers.

Hi all been great so far but me and kids been out back for 2 hrs and noticed over the last hr that the wind has dropped loads and only getting gusts every 10 to 15 mins, and noticed that the snow has gone very light,so looked at the radar and it does look like we are over the heavy stuff and i think it will be gone by 12 midnight what you think or am i reading this wrong. thanks guys

Hi all still going good guns here but been looking at radar and it seems to be pushing through very fast, on news weather they say all night until morn but how can it with this radar? is it going to stall anyone able to give a answer?

starting to come good in ogmore vale,it seems to be getting heavier every min,hope it gets thicker coz im greedy lol,they sound like its bad down south already. dont see how this is going to last all night unless this is going to stall over us? do you think it will?

i just looked on facebook and my mate from cork in Ireland wrote at 8.47 that it was snowing there,is this the same area of cloud that we are supposed to get later? i was going to ask him what sort of snow but he had gone off.

well if it does happen to snow heavy we can look out because the wind is very strong,in fact its so strong i think it will blow it all the way up to scotland,so even it does snow we still wont see it pmsl.are there any other radars to watch other than rain radar and met office?

i dont get ay of it anyway lol but just think from what has happened for yrs this way that only nantymoel and further north will see any snow,below will probs be sleet or rain.what makes me laugh is though when they say we going to have 6 hrs of pouring rain they are bang on lol,they great at rain ok on sun but rubbish at snow lol,maybe it is much harder to forcast snow events i dont know but thats all iv heard is my kids and all their mates saying why say we aving it then we get nothing. iv sent mine to school thinking there be no school tomor so look out later im in the you know what by the look of it.maybe there is loads of snow in the clouds and it will sit on top of us for 2 days, because if things change from good to bad maybe go from bad to good.(well hopfully)

i think it will be as i said last night that many in s wales will be gutted as the temp will be to high for snow unless there is far more in them clouds than they think,who knows we may all have rain some may have snow,there may even be far more than they think as the other day we woke to more than they said and also just before xmas had a real down pour for 20 mins that gave good covering and there had been no mention at all. my kids think someone is sticking someone sticking pins in wales lol

mate just rang me and ask me to ask you guys what sky news are on about? he just said that we may have a couple of snow flurries tomor and then its pushing north and turning into heavy snow,so according to them it could miss most of s wales and then get bad,well my mate just rang to tell me and to ask you guys your comments.

i got a horrible feeling that this event could be rain for quite a few, as the temp outside does seem to be a few degrees above freezing now and if this arrives at 12 or 2 tomor it going to be even warmer. my car is showing +2 so must be even warmer at lower levels, what temps are others getting as i am not sure if my car is correct.
