  1. Flashes of lightning and rumbles of Thunder and here comes the rain.
  2. Sunday looks like the day for severe storms spreading from the East Midlands to NW England,although probably isolated one area getting hammered 10 miles down the road dry,after Sunday High pressure builds back in next week looks settled and warm with temperatures in the mid twenties.
  3. Wowzers 33c over cheshire on Saturday 32c for Merseyside along with the weather from pushing NE some big storms no doubt,really cannot see it been that hot,Humidity certainly going to cause difficulties sleeping.
  4. Yes first day in a long while the north sea cloud has refused to break up and without the sun it has felt alot cooler than recently.

Blakemere village is nice some nice shops,a small fair and a few restaurants not very big half a day at the most and you have seen everything,they use to do a carboot sale on Bank Holidays and also do owl displays,there is also a indoor play centre depending on how old your daughter is,oh and the weather will be nice and warm aswell.
  6. Been a pretty decent day here sheltered from the Northerly breeze,sunny for most of the day cloud did bubble up around lunchtime but soon dispersed temperature said 11c but felt warmer In the Sun.

Growing confidence of a Northerly outbreak beginning early next week certainly cold enough for snow on the hills and maybe sleet and Lower levels,I am for one not looking forward to a return to winter but hopefully it will be downgraded,knowing our luck probably not,meantime a beautiful spring day here unbroken sunshine and temperatures rising steadily,flowers in the garden starting to open,but boy they may be confused by next week.

  9. How strange reports of snow at low levels just driven over Saddleworth Moor on way home from York M62 at is all rain
  10. Tomorrow evening would imagine 200m plus cannot see it affecting low ground.
  11. Gone as quick as it came,sun now out approximately 3cm fell in a few hours just a few patches lingering on the grass.
  12. This is what is expected as the wrap round occurs and heads south bringing the colder air back south quite a good chance many will wake to a good covering abeit temporary.
  13. Indeed it is we are on the edge of the Amber been snowing here since seven only about 1.5cm but I thought the zone of death was going to eat us up today.
  14. Probably the last one of the season,so final scores on the doors from GFS06z once the PPN clears around 10am tomorrow.
