are these showers unexpected? i thought we were in for a dry afternoon and night, not that im complaining.

snowing here at the mo. guess it could be the last shower of the day if a gap is over lincs now. hoping its not the last though. lol

afternoon all, went really dark here had a few mins of heavy snow now just a few flakes blowing in the wind, it looked so good i thought we were going to get a good dumping but not to be. not sure what to make of the forecasts so far regarding the weekend but looks dry for us tomorrow.

morning all, just got back from school run in what could only be described as blizzard conditions, the wind is sooooo cold, snowing here at the mo but sun is shinning also. i did see the bbc forecast this morning saying for here it will be clear by 10am, i hope this is wrong and there are plenty more showers to come.

thanks mate, after hearing all the good things happening north of here and talking to my family in sussex ,was getting just a bit jelous. lol

does that mean with it tracking further north us in the south of lincs will be missed again?

well it cetainly is feeling like us in sth lincs have really missed out again today, we still live in hope for some big changes in the forecast and we see some snow soon.

just looked at bbc news24 forecast and again its not good news for us down here, no snow forecast. gutted

just talking to my sister in sussex and they are still getting pasted. im gutted ,north and south of me have had loads and the little ammount i have will be gone by the end of today as the thaw is setting in. is there anyone out there that can cheer me up with some positive news about snow here over the next cpl of days. lol

i just wish it was pure snow instead of all this rain/sleet. lol

we have it all, rain sleet snow,and a cold wind. i have also heard that from 9pm tonight there is a chance of snow, but i will probably be rain//sleet

being teased here at the mo, we have a few flakes then it stops for a few mins then a few more, i know we are not due any more snow so i just wish it would stop and be done with it. lol. i also now see that even tomorrow is now going to be dry after yesterday bbc said it had potential to give us a half decent covering.

well done to all that have had more snow, once again we have missed out overnight and the met office and look north forecast does not give much hope for snow down here, heres hoping things change, have a good day all.

welllets hope wed night into thurs brings me something worth getting excited about. lol an inch of snow today and a thaw so a bit disapointing.
