look north offers a little bit more snow for here later today and overnight. i so hope there right. abot an inch of snow fell here this morning

stopped snowing and the sun is breaking through, not for to long i hope. we have about 1 inch of snow here. are we due more today or can i stop window watching? lol

hoping that it might pep up as the day goes on, flakes are so fine it might take a week of this just to get a decent covering. lol

morning all, pleasently surprised this morning, light dusting here, flakes so tiny i dont think its going to cause to much excitement today, look north says its going to be dry here from mid morning. hoping for something a bit heavier over the next few days.

still not holding out much hope for down here, look north forecast did nothing to convince me we are due any major snowfall.

well i have just seen the bbc forecast on news 24 and i now have to ask the question what is all the excitement about, it showed very little snow over lincs that i now think this is going to be one big disapointment for quite a few of us here.

if we all go to bed at some point tonight expecting to see rain when we wake up, if it is snowing which i am sure thats what most of us wish for then we will be pleasently surprised rather than bitterly disapointed if we want snow but its raining. i have been reading some of the posts here and there seem to be a few which suggest some will see rain instead of snow.i for one want to see snow and lots of it. lol

is there anyone here that could convince my daughter we are going to get snow here in sth lincs please, she is desperate and all she heard on look north was sleet and rain. lol thanks from a stressed out dad.

what difference a day makes, just seen the bbc forecast and there is more rain than snow being forecast and nothing to get excited about.

hey all, stunning day here, bright sunshine a a slight chill in the air, not feeling over cold, i also missed the countryfile forecast could someone tell me if it is likely to snow in sth lincs. here is hoping for yes as the answer and lots of it. lol

morning all, must have had a few flakes overnight, currently -1 here according the the reading on the car. does not look like much snow is forecast for here over the next cpl of days and temps nothing i would call really cold. met office forecast for here next week have winds from the w sw or nw does this mean that the showers will not make it to far inland?
