  1. Edit, Pat beat me to it!

The video Pete posted is simply amazing

must say the structure on that storm incredible lots of people seem to be uping there videography

efforts i think youtube must take credit for it as people look see others efforts and try hard to emulate

the best videos are quite often out of the storm not right in it getting pounded might be exciting but you don't

get to see the whole thing

  2. I fell asllep in the end ..anyone got any info on how many dead?

    147 preliminary touch downs

so did i about 2 woke up at 4 went to bed for a couple of hours

ups van driver lives to tell the tale http://stormvisuals.com/blog/ he got out and sheltered under the bridge by his

discription others could not get there cars under bridge i suspect blocked by those that got there first

if thats correct do they never take note of advice why dont,t they just keep driving away in my opinion

if you got time to get out and shelter under a bridge you must have time to drive away unless road is blocked

one of the news channels put 72 dead across 4 states several hundred severly injured they did not give a figure

  3. U know mate there is a guy who works down our chip shop who swears hes Elvis

no he doesn,t iv seen Elvis drunk and falling over SINGIING ok though in Aylesbury Bucks.:acute:

good luck Tour 1 check out last night action in Tuscoolusa and Birmingham when you can possibly see you all arriving in DFW on 9th may :drinks:

  4. this morning when checking out the damage on little rock news stations there was some pictures by one of there stormreporters trapped in a traffic jam stretching back over 2 miles

caused by drivers sheltering under a bridge he had to sit it out in the storm with lots of others unable to drive away it looks like those under the bridge where well out of it !

  5. just been looking at the radar and sattelite pics still some severe storms about the storms that effected DFW area are just about to clear the coast east of Houston the storms further north are pushing well east now so the air looks to be clearing for lots of convection to get going another big day in prospect i think there may be cells kicking off early again today

i would head for NE. texas and take it from there as the nowcasts come in i dont want to be too far north though as want to catch the tail end storms or anything that breaks out of the lineup

  6. Still very active in West Essex, shame the storm is out of my area but makes for good pics as I can show great cloud formations at a distance. My Am radio is going mental, Burnham and Upminster show loads of strikes but for some reason Newport has lost the plot!!

    http://www.ksdk.com/...s-St-Louis-area

Passengers were still sat on planes on ground when storm came through trapping them on there aircraft
