Tonight - High Pressure (1031mb) is centred over the North Sea and is continuing to dominate our weather. Cloudy to start the night but with a few clearer spells developing later, Temps 4-8c, a few mist patches starting to develop later in the night, especially in the Marches.

Tomorrow - High Pressure now centred in Scandinavia is continuing to dominate the weather. There is a WARNING for Dense Fog for Mid Wales in the Morning but this should clear later, Apart from the mist, it will start brighter in many areas tomorrow, although some areas in Western areas will start cloudy, Into the afternoon, it will turn brighter over most parts with Sunny Intervals or sunny weather expected. Temps 15-18c.

Outlook

Thursday 17-18c Sunny Intervals

Friday 17-19c, Cloudy

Saturday 16c Sunny Intervals

Sunday 16c, Rain

Tonight - High Pressure (1027mb) is still controlling the weather, after a clear evening, cloud will spread in from the East, and many places will have some fog by morning especially in the East, Temps 5-10c.

Tomorrow - There is a WARNING for Dense Fog for Mid Wales in the Morning but this should clear later, many places will be cloudier than today, although areas to the North and West and possibly on the South coast, may be brighter, Temps 12-17c, the highest temps in the sunnier areas, winds will tend to be light.

Outlook

Temps around 17-18c, sunny intervals most days but more cloud and rain for Saturday.

Summary - Mainly Dry, Cloudy and Misty

Tonight - A Cloudy night in most places, with some mist and patchy fog, with a little drizzle possible, Temps 10-11c.

Tomorrow - Grey to start with some mist and patchy fog, although this may clear, again a few places could have some drizzle. The afternoon is set remain rather cloudy, but dry and possibly a few brighter spells in sheltered parts of the N and W. Temps 17-18c, with winds of 7-14mph from a Southerly direction.

Tonight - A Cloudy night in most places, with rain spreading into western parts later in the night, Temps falling no lower than 12-13c.

Tomorrow - A wet start generally, but during the afternoon, the rain should start to clear from the west and by late afternoon, all of Wales should be dry with sunny intervals, Temps 14-15c

Sunday (Summary) 15-16c, Sunny intervals for most places.

Summary - Rain for all in next few days

Tonight - Cloudy and wet in the West, dry but cloudy in the East, Temps 12-14c.

Tomorrow - A wet start generally in western areas, drier in the East, later in the day the cold front in the West will ease back west into the Irish Sea, but the prevailing S winds will ensure a moist damp day for much of Wales, Still a warm day for the time of year with temperatures of 17-19c, with southerly winds of 12-15mph.

The rain will continue tomorrow night and spread east to cover all of Wales, with heavy pulses in places, giving a flood risk, with Gales and a southerly wind.

A Synoptic chart was shown with a Low Pressure system over the UK trying to push into A Blocking High in Europe, with the result being the low-pressure slides NW against the High, and away from the UK by Thursday.

Wednesday - A Washout seems likely, with temps of 16-18c, winds reaching 20-25mph, generally with gales possible in exposed places.

Thursday and Friday are setting to look more settled with sunny weather or sunny intervals, temps 15-18c.

Started by saying, there has been 3 inches of rain in Milford Haven today, which has lead to localised flooding in Pembrokeshire.

SEVERE WEATHER WARNING - Heavy Rain for the Western half of rain with flood warnings and flashes now in operation.

Tonight - A Band of intense rainfall is pushing east, and should fade later, Temps 12-15c.

Tomorrow - Grey and damp to start, with more persistent rain in the East, turning drier in all parts, later, Temps 14-20c, with cooler NW winds, of around 15mph.

Tomorrow Night - A Clear dry night, with temps falling to 3-4 inland, 7-8c on the coasts.

Thursday and Friday - Looking settled and drier.

Summary - Dry with Sunshine

Tonight - Rain in the East pushing away; clear in places, Temps 5-8c.

Tomorrow - Sunny Intervals in the South to start, more cloud in the north. Into the afternoon, most places will have long sunny spells with only some patchy cloud at times, Temps 14-16c with a light northerly breeze, of around 10mph.

Friday A Synoptic chart showed a High Pressure bang over the top of the UK, so another day with good sunny spells, Temps 15-16c with light Easterly wind.

Summary - More sun for most tomorrow

Tonight - Dry with clear skies, especially in western areas, a touch of frost is possible in inland parts, Temps 4-8c.

Tomorrow - Cloud in the East at first, with sunnier spells in Western areas, the cloud will end to spread to most of Wales with the sunshine being restricted to NW parts, Temps 15-18c with light East winds.

Saturday - High Pressure over the UK, with an embedded warm front pushing North over Wales, so rather cloudy but dry, Temps 16-19 again with light winds.

Outlook - Turning Sunny again over Sunday and Monday.

Tomorrow - Cloudy to start generally across Wales, turning sunnier in most spots for the afternoon, Temps 18-19c, with a light SE wind of around 15mph.

Tonight - Mixed cloud, but turning cloudier from the S later, Temps 10-12c.

Tomorrow - Rain in the south in the morning will spread into all parts by the afternoon, much of the rain though will be generally light, Temps 15-16, with a 15mph Easterly breeze.

Wednesday - A Cold front will push North, in the morning cloudy, Temps around 13-14c, in the afternoon, sunny spells and showers, Temps 16-17c.

Summary - Sun and heavy showers tomorrow

Tonight - Wet over many parts of Wales, but slowly turning turning drier from the SW, Temps 9-11c.

Tomorrow - Wet in the North to start but turning drier later, dry in the south to start but showers later, Temps 14-15c, with winds of 10mph from the South.

Thursday - Sunny intervals in the morning, Temps 11-12c, Sunny spells and showers later, Temps 14-15c.

Friday - Unsettled with a succession of fronts pushing in from the S and SW.

Summary - Sunshine and a few showers tomorrow

Tonight - Variable Cloud, Showers in the West, with more showers in the N later, Temps 9-11c, Breezy.

Tomorrow - Wet in N and W due to showers, drier in the SE, and it will turn generally brighter from the SE, with less showers, Temps 15-16c, with winds of around 15mph form the SW.

Friday - Low Pressure over Southern Britain, giving Gales, in the morning 11-12c with Rain, 14-15c in the afternoon, Sunny intervals in the West, Cloudier in the East.

Unfortunately, last nights forecast was at 6:45 :blink: , I myself only caught the tail end, but Derek Brockway was back.

I tuned in as normal to see the forecast at around 6:50pm but I missed it, that's why there was no forecast. :p

21 October 2005 - Derek Brockway (OB at Sully)

Tonight - The showers in the South will tend to die away and the wind will ease, but most places cloudy with a shower possible in Northern parts, Temps 6-10c.

Tomorrow - Generally a cloudy day tomorrow with the best of the sunshine and brightness in Southern areas, but most places cloudy again with the odd shower possible, but most places dry, Temps 14-16c, but feeling much warmer in lighter westerly winds.

Summary - Windy tomorrow but bright with showers.

Warning - HEAVY Rain for Tonight for much of Wales

Tonight - Rain in the South this evening, spreading North to cover most of Wales, but clearing early tomorrow morning, leaving showers behind, Temps 10-13c, and windy.

Tomorrow - A mixture of sunshine and showers tomorrow the showers heavy in places with hail and thunder, but due to the winds they will be fast moving, possibly the amounts of showers decreasing in the afternoon, giving more sunny spells, Temps 14-16c, with winds 20-25mph SW.

Outlook

Tuesday 16c Showers, Winds 21mph SW

Wednesday Cloudy with Rain 17c, 17mph S

Thursday Sunny 19c, 15mph S

Friday 16c Showers, 14mph S

Saturday 156c Showers, 16mph SE

Summary - More Rain on Way Tomorrow

Tonight - Further showers to start the night, but these will tend to fade away later with some clear sells although some rain is possible for the far SW early tomorrow, Temps 10-12c.

Tomorrow - After a generally dry start, some rain will push in later; The heaviest of the rain always for N and W, with the rain patchier in the S and E, Temps 15-17, with Southerly winds of around 20mph.

A warm front pushing North on Wednesday will bring warmer clearer air for Thursday.

Tomorrow - Rain 17c

Thursday - Sunny 19c

Friday - Showers 16c

Saturday - Rain 16c

Sunday - Showery 16c

Summary - More Like Summer Tomorrow

Tonight - Cloudy in the South, turning clear Later, Temps 11-14c, Breezy.

Tomorrow - Generally a sunny day, with only patchy cloud at time, the best of the Sun in the NW, Temps reaching 17-20c. Breezy with a 15-18mph Southerly wind.

A Synoptic chart showed the warm weather tomorrow with winds bringing in warm air from Spain, but by Friday a cold front will push in from the West, bringing rain.

Synoptics - The wind coming from the S from Spain, will be cut off as a cold front from the Atlantic brings rain and cooler temperatures

Tonight - Rain into the SW pushing NE, with SEVERE GALES possible over hills and mountains , Temps 13-16c.

Tomorrow - As the rain band pushes away, it will turn brighter with showers in many places, Tempos 15-17c, with a 20mph SW breeze.

Summary

Saturday - Dry and Bright, 16-17c, Rain Later

Sunday - Showers 16c

Summary - More Rain over the weekend, Mild and Breezy

Synoptics - A Low Pressure with a Warm front is pushing in over the weekend, with a big Swell possible for Surfers.

Tonight - Cloudy in many places, but a few clear spots are possible, Temps 10-13c,

Tomorrow - Cloudy in most places, with rain trying to pushing into Western areas, and likely to reach much of West Wales by mid afternoon, with Eastern Wales staying dry but cloudy, Temps 15-17c, Winds Strong with Gales possible in the West.

Sunday - Rain First then showers ,Temps around 16c.

Summary - Clear Spells and a few showers for Halloween night

Synoptics - A Low pressure system currently over the Atlantic will push in for Wednesday and Thursday giving strong winds and heavy rain.

Tonight - A few showers this evening, but overnight, most places will have clear spells, although more cloud may push into Southern coastal areas later, Temps 6-11c.

Tomorrow - A few showers and cloudy conditions for southern coastal areas in the morning, although it should brighten later, the Rest of Wales is set to have a dry day with good sunny spells, Temps 12-15c, with lighter winds (SW) than recently.

Wednesday - 17c Showers GALES possible

SEVERE WEATHER WARNING- Heavy Rain with Strong Winds

Synoptics - Showed a low-pressure over the West of the UK controlling the weather over the UK with an occluded front over Northern UK, and keeping the distinctly unsettled theme going.

Tonight - A bad of very heavy rain pushing north over Wales bringing strong winds, the rain is likely to reach North Wales by around 10pm, and clear all parts of Wales during the early hours, leaving behind light winds, misty and drizzly conditions, Temps 7-10c.

Tomorrow - Cloudy, Damp and Drizzly, turning brighter and showery later, Temps 16-18c, with strong winds, averaging up to 30mph, with gale force gusts in Western areas.

Outlook -

Tomorrow - 17c Showers

Thursday - 14c Rain GALES possible

Friday - 12c Showery

Saturday - 14c Sunny Intervals

Sunday - 15c Rain

Summary- More Rain with Strong Winds

Synoptics - Showed a low-pressure over the West of the UK guiding Weather fronts over the UK with a SW flow.

Tonight - Bands of Rain/Showers from the SW tonight pushing North, giving outbreaks of rain to many parts during this eveving and tonight. Temps 12-14c, Gales from the SW.

Tomorrow - Showers for many places tomorrow, these being prolonged and heavy in places, especially in SW parts, some of the showers may be thundery, Temps 14-16c, with winds of 15-30mph from the SW, with gusts of Gales force on exposed coasts.

Friday - Low Pressure again over the UK, but this time bringing in cooler NW winds. A mixture of Rain or Showers, again remaining unsettled, Temps 11-13c.

Saturday (Summary) - Sunny Intervals 13-14c

Sunday (Summary) - Rain 13-14c.

Flood Watches - 53

Synoptics - Showed a low pressure to the West of the UK continuing to bring unsettled weather to the UK.

Observed - Storm Force 10 winds were recorded at Mumbles today with 68mph gusts.

Tonight - More spells of rain tonight with heavy rain, the heaviest of the Rain in North Wales. Temps 6-9c.

Tomorrow - Further rain likely in North Wales tomorrow, with more of a mixture of sunshine and showers in Southern Areas, Temps 10-12, with Westerly winds of 17-23mph, gusting higher than this though.

Saturday (Summary) - Rain 13-14c

Sunday (Summary) - Rain then Showers 13-15c.

Severe Weather Warnings - FLOODING risk for Wales due to the heavy rain expected tomorrow and the already high river levels.

Tonight – A Low Pressure system giving STORMS to parts of Scotland will give heavy rain to much of North and West Wales with Gales in exposed places staying drier in South and East Wales, Temps 11-13c.

Tomorrow – Heavy rain to start in North and West Wales and this will spread to cover all of Wales for the afternoon, due to the intensity of the rainfall, flooding is likely, Temps 12-14 with moderate winds.

Wednesday – A much more settled day with sunny intervals with temps of 10-12c

Thursday (Summary) – Rain 13-16c

Friday (Summary) - Cloudy 14-15c.
