Quite cloudy, but much better than the last few days. There are interesting cloud formations, and much more indication that the weather is actually taking place.

spits and spots of rain in the early hours and again around 8.30am but dry now with a few bits of blue, a light s'ly breeze and temp of 9.7C after a min of 8.1C.

when/IF winter arrives it is going to be a nasty shock to most of us!

A clear night gave an unexpected ground frost - min of 1c ;) .

Eerie fog ;) and hazy sunshine this morning then more sunny spells this afternoon.

It's clouded up now ahead of the rain for tonight.
