Just got back from a rather wet Carlisle,temperature (in Nawcastle) 12.6c,cloudy but dry,wind light to moderate SW,humidity 82% and barometer 1005 mb and falling.

The morning started off overcast and wet with a moderate southerly wind. The rain stopped by midday before a gradual brightening up throughout the afternoon allowing the temperature to top 20°C. It felt very sticky as the humidity was high throughout the day and the wind gradually died down. This evening has seen some pleasant sunshine and the temperature gradually fall back in clear skies.
