Dry with a lot of fractostratus and altocumulus, as has been the case all day, after a fairly sunny start. Skies sometimes (misleadingly) heavy and threatening. Very light westerly winds all day, and cool.

Report for Saturday 22nd October 2005, Readings taken at 23:55.

A wet, miserable and cool day. It was overcast throughout, though dry in the morning. Midday saw the arrival of rain, which was light at first but gradually became heavier as the afternoon went on. This lasted until only a few hours ago, when it became drier again, but still without any cloud breaks. The maxima today was below average, but due to a mild minimum temperature, overall the day ended up just about average.

Current Temp: 9.7°C

Max Temp: 11.9°C (at 12:29)

Min Temp: 9.7°C (Current)

Humidity: 90%

Min Humidity: 86% (at 10:25)

Pressure: 1004.0hPa (Rising)

Dewpoint: 8.1°C

Wind: N (2mph)

Rain Today: 9.3mm

My October average currently stands at 13.4°C (+2.7°C Above the 1971-2000 average).
