Received one heck of a dumping of rain overnight which has left a wonderful swimming pool at the front our driveway which is about 3 inches deep.

The skies are currently heavily overcast, but there is a lack of wind at the moment. It doesn't look healthy :huh: .

Will post an update if it worsens .

Had a huge hailstorm around 8.30, and it hurt!! :huh:

heavy rains, wind and flash of lightenings with rumble of thunders around 10.30ish thees mornings. extremely darks but now brighters. steel windy

Min overnight temp 7.9C Max today 9.7C

Gale force wind and very strong gusts. Fence looking very wobbly :huh:

Occasional very heavy showers.

At around 10-05am to 10-15am, 2 flashes of lightning, plus thunder, during heavy burst of rain. Around 30 mins later, clouds were clearing, and impresive glaciated anvils could be seen to the north. (Ealing area)

At approx 19-50, flash of lightning and shortly after crack of thunder a little to the west of Greenford. NW London.

Heavy rain had just occured.

Have had torrential rain all day in Bristol with only a short break at lunchtime. No thunder but hail this morning.
