It's only 25C here. Sea breeze is having a very considerable effect on the temp's.

Its breezier here now, but although you are directly North of me, I'm a few miles further inland. So the breeze hasn't had as much effect on the temperature, 30.0ºC as a max earlier on, pegged back to 29.0ºC now.
