    3rd day of evil easterly gales........very persistent, and makin it very cold, despit the pleasant daytime sunshine!!

    Temp now 5.6oC and yes........those damn gales are still howling!! :)

    dry but cloudy, min 7.7C after the cloud rolled in around midnight, its at 9.2C.

    Will the cloud break as it has the last two days?

    Still got low cloud and feeling cool at just 11.3°c and all this 80 miles inland from the coast . nearly sure i read somewhere this weekend low cloud would plague the East coast . Welcome to Rotherham by the sea !!!!!!

    The temp peaked at 21.1c here near Bude, Cornwall at 14.40hrs, making it the warmest day of the year so far.

    As a footnote at 15:00UTC the temp was a stunning 21c in N Iceland, whilst at the same time it was only 20c in N Egypt, 17c in N Algeria and only 13c in N Portugal.... :unknw:

    Warm and sunny all day with not a cloud in the sky, except early this morning when the cloud was breaking up. A high of 22.1C and quite muggy.
