After a beautiful sunny day, it's now densely foggy and the temperature has dropped to 0.4C.

Just missed an air frost with a min' of 0.2c despite clear skies all night. The valleys were filled with fog to about the 200m level by 0900 and this persisted all day, occasionally rolling up to 360m during the afternoon. A sunny morning here and sunny spells during the afternoon, interrupted by the fog from time to time.
