Clear periods and a light wind during last night and through the early hours allowed the temperature to fall low enough for a touch of ground frost. Minimum air temperature 4.3c, grass minimum –1.0c. The temperature started to climb again after around 3am to end up a mild 9c by the reading time at 9am.

The morning and afternoon was mild, overcast, dry and windy at times. Maximum temperature 11.8c, rain = 0mm.
