Hi ! Its ten past twelve here in Chesham , in the Chilterns..very windy - and its snowing !!!

Started to snow in Market Harborough on Leics / Northants border.

Snowing in Rushden, not particularly heavy and wet. A tad on the mild side too - 2.1C.

Light snow has been falling here, on and off, for a few hours. Everywhere is white but no great depth, looking out of the window I'd say between 1 and 2cm.

I have just experienced my first ever thunder snow at 07:12am and still snowing but not settled at 07:30

Woken up today to be greeted by a slight covering of snow...but nothing significant

Same here GmG, TM & DB, approx. 2 cms covering, although there is enough wind to whip up some minor drifts, which makes things look more dramatic than they probably really are . Sun just starting to come out, (temp gone from -0.2c to +0.2c in the last five minutes), so I imagine it will be gone within the next few hours though..............

After raining all night and morning there is lots of shower activity down on the coast Hythe, Kent mostly rain but I am guessing the temperatures are dropping here as we just had a snizzle (snowy drizzle) shower go through.
