A few pics from round our way of the snow event of the last 24hrs, the first is a bit blurred as i was being blown away in a gale just after getting back home from work at 4am this morning - the snow drift pics are all that was left about 1km from the house after the sun had worked its magic on the snow when I eventyually got out of bed at about 1pm.

Very nice Dr Rains, I am wondering whether I will see drifting down here ever again :D

Its that long since I have seen drifts...I would probably behave like a child :D

Very nice just a terrible shame to see it melted around the drift. Still it can't stick around forever

That drift topped out at about 4 feet but in general most were nearer 2-3 ft.
