Evening all

I am so happy to see all these stunning pics. Every one is as good as the next. And very thoughtful of you all to share the pics with us. A very nice set of pics that will remind me of Easter 2008 being snowy rather than mild muck!

fantastic stuff.

I havent seen that amount of snow for a while, it takes an exceptional event to produce proper lying snow here, March 2006 was one of those, but it comparable to alot of photos shown in here. Lovely scenes!

I awoke to a dry ground this morning after about 4-5 hours of steady rain in the night, but much of Northwest England receieved snow which was interesting for me (on a local climate perspective)

Some excellant photos posted on here this evening (and very arty in some cases!). I can't offer a great depth of snow - only one that shows the intensity when it was snowing.

A few from me of the Easter weekend spent in South Wales, no settling snow at lower levels in the valleys on Sunday morning - but a drive up to the top of the mountains in the Brecon Beacons revealed a snow line above around 400m:

Very good pics-especially Nick F-the views were breathtaking-excellent 1st pic and last pic but the car in shot sort of spoilt it-but on the plus side, a nice set of alloy wheels!
